Meet local businesses, Chamber members, and hiring employers at the 2026 Sunshine & Success: Business Community Showcase! This event gives local businesses a unique opportunity to showcase themselves and what they have to offer—not only to the Poway community, but to the entire surrounding region as well.
 

A Hiring Event has been incorporated into the program. If you’re looking for employment, you won’t want to miss this FREE event! The public is cordially invited to attend. (For businesses: Hiring is optional; this event simply offers a chance to connect with potential candidates if interested. Member businesses that are hiring are encouraged to add a Job Posting to the Chamber website.)
