About Us

ComForCare Home Care North San Diego serves Poway and communities across San Diego County with personalized medical and non-medical care at home. Our services include personal care, companionship, respite, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, DementiaWise® care, skilled nursing, and support after hospitalization.

As a San Diego Regional Center vendor, we serve people of all ages with developmental disabilities, including autism, through personal assistance, respite, Independent Living Services (ILS), Supported Living Services (SLS), and Coordinated Family Support (CFS). We also work with County of San Diego programs supporting older adults.

Our team helps families explore possible ways to pay for authorized care, including private pay, long-term care insurance, VA benefits for eligible veterans, Medicare's GUIDE Model, and the Southern Caregiver Resource Center. With over 20 years of service in the community, we help clients live safely, independently, and with dignity while giving families dependable support and peace of mind.
