POWAY, CA — The Poway Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the upcoming 2026 Sunshine & Success: Business Community Showcase, a free community event bringing together local businesses, job seekers, and residents for a day of connection and celebration — complete with mouth‑watering, slow‑smoked barbecue from Big Dev’s Downhome BBQ, the event’s featured food vendor.

This annual Showcase highlights the strength and diversity of Poway’s business community, offering attendees the chance to meet local organizations, explore services, discover new products, and learn about employment opportunities across multiple industries. With Big Dev’s serving up their signature downhome comfort classics, guests can enjoy great food while engaging with the businesses that help Poway thrive!
