About Us
Friends of Poway Seniors is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization. The organization incorporated in 1976 as the Poway Senior Center and later evolved into Friends of Poway Seniors in June of 2021.
Currently, we provide free tax services to qualified seniors during the tax season, support City of Poway senior service programming and lunch service, and distribute free or low-cost ambulatory assistive devices through our medical supply closet. Friends of Poway Seniors partners with many nonprofits to distribute much needed provisions to our community members in need of a helping hand.
