What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care based on RN and physician care plans

• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and treatments

• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Support patients with personal care within LVN scope

• Promote infection control and patient safety

• Communicate effectively with care team and family members

What We’re Looking For

• Active California LVN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical judgment and observation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to HIPAA and patient confidentiality

Preferred

• At least 1 year of home health or private duty nursing experience

• Valid California driver’s license

• Auto insurance and reliable transportation
