Tobacco Tuesday Takeover with the American Lung Association

Join us next Tuesday, May 11 at 3:00pm PST, for  a Tobacco Tuesday Takeover. The American Lung Association, Pierra Moise and Loralee Olejnik, will be taking over Tobacco Tuesday! We will give some insight on the work we are doing in Poway to combat secondhand smoke and our special guest, Janan Moein, a young vaping prevention advocate who survived EVALI. EVALI stands for e-cigarette or vaping use-associated lung injury (American Lung Association, 2021). Janan has been featured in the New York Times, sharing his story in the connection of COVID-19 and vaping.
