Join us for a Community Health & Wellness Fair at the Poway Community Center, Oak Hall & Sycamore Hall on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 11 am to 2 pm.
At this free community event, you can expect to meet a variety of local health & wellness providers (including, but not limited to, providers of: fitness/gyms, medical health, mental well-being, and more), learn helpful tips and resources to help you be your healthiest, find sports and activities for your family, win prizes, and more. Visit all the vendor tables and get your Vendor Passport stamped for a chance to win the grand prize!

As part of our commitment to community wellness, we're also hosting a blood drive at City Hall (in front of the parking lot) from 10am - 3pm. Your donation can make a real difference - there's no substitute for your lifesaving gift.
