Join us for a Community Health & Wellness Fair at the Poway Community Center, Oak Hall East & West on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 11 am to 2 pm. At this free community event, you can expect to meet a variety of local health & wellness providers (including but not limited to providers of: fitness/gyms, medical health, mental well-being, and more), learn helpful tips and resources to help you be your healthiest, find sports and activities for your family, win prizes, and more.
