Poway Chamber of Commerce to Celebrate Award Recipients, Business Leaders at the 2023 Business Star Awards
Poway, CA (April 20, 2022)— The 2023 Poway Chamber of Commerce Business Star Awards will take place Friday, June 23, 2023 at Maderas Golf Club. This annual soiree is one of the Chamber’s biggest fundraising events and features dinner and drinks, live entertainment and music, awards presentation, board installation and more. Back by popular demand, this year’s event will feature a live musical performance by Floyd A. Smith, member of the Grammy award-winning group, The Fifth Dimension.
The Business Star Awards event was created to celebrate exceptional Chamber members and business leaders. The awards are offered in the following distinct categories: Vern Marston Volunteer of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, New Business of the Year, Innovative Leader, Community Service, Customer Commitment, Marketing Magic, Non-Profit Member of the Year, and Employer of the Year.
Registration is now open and early bird rates are in effect through May 1; tickets are priced at an early bird rate of $95 for members, $110 for non-members. Ticket prices will go up to $115 and $130, respectively, after May 1. Those interested in attending can register at Poway.com. Sponsors for the event are being sought at a variety of levels.
