Our classes at STRIDE Fitness Carmel Mountain Ranch are designed for all fitness levels. You can walk, run, or jog during our high-intensity, interval training workouts, where you will experience the ultimate calorie burn by challenging yourself to intervals on the treadmill.
You can choose from 3 different class types based on your goals
The COMBO: CARDIO + STRENGTH
55 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and strength training exercises off the tread with free weights.
The STRIDE: ALL CARDIO
55 minutes of interval training on the treadmill with active recovery
The CORE: CARDIO + CORE
45 minutes of interval training on the treadmill, balanced with 10 minutes of core strengthening exercises
