Homewatch CareGivers Northwest San Diego is a locally owned, licensed home care agency (CA HCO #374700434) providing compassionate, professional in-home care to families across Northwest San Diego, Poway, and Santee. Founded by co-owners Kevin Zimmerman and Yasmin Gonzalez, the agency was built around a simple belief, care should fit the family, not the contract. That is why we offer care with no minimum hour requirements, giving families the freedom to build a schedule around their actual needs, whether that means a few hours of companionship each week or full-time specialized support.
Our services include companion care, personal care, specialized dementia and memory care, post-hospital transition support, and respite care for family caregivers. Every caregiver is trained, insured, and supported by a leadership team that stays personally involved in every care plan. Backed by more than 45 years of the Homewatch CareGivers brand, we combine national standards with the responsiveness of a local, owner-operated agency.
