Acrisure, a major player in the Insurance space acquired "Heartland" in October of 2025 for $1.1B, pulling them off Wall Street from Global Payments (GPN) and has rebranded as AURIS.

With the age of A.I, offshore customer service and call centers, Acrisure and Auris are doubling down on Human Infrastructure. Rather than outsourcing the work, we here at Auris are hiring more humans to continue that one to one support that much of the bigger shops are no longer providing. We are effectively operating as a Billion Dollar startup, with a client base of over 50,000, and a well oiled team with decades of experience.
