Community Health & Wellness Fair Vendor Application

We are accepting exhibitor applications for the 2027 Community Health & Wellness Fair, taking place at the Poway Community Center, Oak Hall on Saturday, January 23, 2027 from 11am to 2pm.

Application Deadline: Wednesday, November 30, 2026

Event Day Details: Vendor load-in begins at 10:15am. Exhibitors must remain set up until the event concludes at 2pm and complete load-out by 2:30pm.

Space is limited, and applicants will be notified within 1-2 weeks of submitting their application whether they have been accepted. To encourage meaningful engagement with attendees, all exhibitors are required to provide an interactive activity at their booth. Examples include stretching demonstrations, blood pressure screenings, BMI assessments, mental health screening tools, or other hands-on wellness experiences.

Priority will be given to Poway Chamber members. Booths spaces measure 8' x 10' and include one table and chairs at no additional cost.

Booth Pricing:
- Members: $175 (now through October 30th); $200 (after October 30th)
- Non-Members: $250
