This is a 2 Part Class.
Part 1 will be held on June 9th and Part 2 on June 16th.
This hands-on, seminar will help you to understand the differences between management and leadership, identify your leadership strengths and areas for development, and show how you need to balance leadership and management and use them interchangeably. You will understand what motivates people by learning how to plan, manage, and communicate effectively, and develop a consistent personal leadership style that fits both you and your work environment.
