Twin sons, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, celebrate the life and work of their father and America’s first “teen idol,” Ricky Nelson. Nelson emerged from “The Adventures of Ozzy and Harriet” to establish himself as one of the most endearing singers of the early ‘60s. His catalog, which features hits like “Hello Mary Lou,” “Travelin’ Man,” “Garden Party” and more, served as an influence to artists as diverse as Paul McCartney and John Fogerty (both of whom contribute video interviews to this performance).
Now, the Rick Nelson legacy continues as chart-topping, twin sons Matthew and Gunnar Nelson (“Love and Affection”) present an interactive, multi-media rock & roll concert experience.
