This workshop has been created to educate & inform business people in the San Diego region on effective business communications and good etiquette when interacting with business people from Japan, whether employees, suppliers or customers. The workshop presenter will be Mr. Patrick Graupp, who worked for Sanyo Electric Co.,Ltd. for 20 years, 10 of the 20 in Japan.
