Harassment Prevention for Employees - Workshop

Both employers and employees have a responsibility to prevent harassment and illegal discrimination. This course focuses on creating a work environment built upon mutual trust and respect. This workshop covers laws, company responsibilities, supervisory responsibilities and employee responsibilities through interactive scenarios. Participants will learn what constitutes harassment and discrimination, how to handle situations successfully and most importantly, how to prevent harassment.
