5 Is the New 50: A Crash Course on Compliance With the Expanded California Family Rights Act
 
If you think your California company is not required to provide family/medical leave because you have less than 50 employees, think again. Starting January 1, 2021, the California Family Rights Act has applied to employers of five or more employees. This law provides employees with up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave for family and medical reasons in a one-year period.  If you have not already done so, learning about the CFRA and preparing to administer it should be a very high priority for you.  Join David B.
