CHILDREN'S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITAL DONOR RECOGNITION PROGRAM

Poway Costco Wholesale is having their Annual Rady Children's Miralce Network Hospital recognition Program.  This will provide Business Members with tow differnt to get their business name out in front
of thousands of Costco Wholesale members from May 1st to May 31st. 

Program one: 26 inch CMNH Paper Balloon with thier name on 8 1/2 x 11 sheeton display in our warehouse: Donation: $100.

Program two : 5ft x 3ft banner with their company name, blown up business card or logo on display in our warehouse: Donation: $500 plus a $65.00 cost of the banner.

Best of all particpating in our CMNH donor recognition program their donation goes directly to Children's hospital.  A portion of their donation is matched up by Costco Wholesale.
