Christopher Hulick\, Finance Applications Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical\, will be discussing how targeted models\, values\, and competencies create durable skills.\n\n\n\n11:45am - 12:00pm: Open Networking\n\n12:00pm - 1:00pm: Educational Session\n\n1:00pm - 1:15pm: Open Networking\n\n\n\nOur Young Professionals Group is a new Poway Chamber specialty group designed to connect emerging leaders\, rising talent\, and early- to mid-career professionals in and around Poway through intentional networking\, learning\, and community involvement.\n\n\n\nThis group's mission is to support the Chamber and the business community through leadership\, education\, advocacy\, and networking events tailored to younger professionals.\n\n\n\nEach quarter will follow this format: the first month features a planning session\, the second month focuses on an educational or professional development opportunity\, and the third month wraps up with a fun social networking event. This structure helps keep our group balanced\, engaging\, and full of fresh ideas.\n\n\n\nThis is a welcoming space where newer professionals\, career-changers\, and young business leaders can build relationships\, share ideas\, and grow their visibility in the local market.\n\n\n\nHelp us cultivate the next generation of Chamber volunteers\, committee members\, and board leaders by engaging young professionals early in their careers!\n\n\n\nThis group meets both in person and virtually.
