He was one of the most loved and respected elected officials in the City's history\, who distinguished himself by his thoughtful leadership and enthusiastic support of numerous nonprofit organizations.\n\n\n\nIn keeping with Mickey's charitable spirit\, a portion of the event proceeds from this tournament will go to Poway Veterans Organization\, a non-profit beneficiary\, selected by majority vote of the Poway Chamber of Commerce membership.
