We are honored to welcome Ana Fernandez-Daza, representative from the Financial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Washington DC, to Mission Cellars Winery. We will open the doors for this event on Monday, December 9th at 6:30pm. She will meet with Spanish residents in San Diego or friends of any nationality with interests in Spain, now or in the future, to discuss various tax issues. The most recurring subjects of these consultations and which will be discussed in the talk are the following: 1. Fiscal residence in the USA and in Spain. 2. Agreement to avoid double taxation and prevention of tax fraud. 3. Taxation in Spain as a non-resident for income from Spanish sources impact on the American declaration. 4. Preparing the return: special reference to the election of a pension plan from a fiscal point of view and the taxation of pensions. 5. Tax on Donations and Successions. 6. Money movement. 7.
